Connect with record player not working

I got the Sonos Connect and this record player:

I have it all hooked up and set with line out (pre amp), but while I can hear a little sound from the record player, no audio is going into the Sonos connect. What am I doing wrong?

Hard to tell in the picture, is the switch on the back of the record player on Line? It should be. And if it is already, switch it to Phone, and then back to Line. Sometimes switches can 'stick'.

Then you might want to go in to the line-in settings for the CONNECT and turn up the sensitivity there.
