 @Corry P Here is a diagnostic from this morning, after disabling SonosNet: *********.  I checked my switches and none of them seem to be managed.    Interestingly, there are only two undefined entries left in the network matrix, as you will see.

Thanks again for all of your help.   If/when I have another problem, I will send you another diagnostic at that time.  I will keep the DNS server change in mind, unless I should definitely do it.  All the best! — Bill

Good morning!

@AjTrek1 My ISP is Comcast

Hmmm…that’s strange that you don’t have a box provided by Comcast that is a combo Router/Modem. That is typically what they issue. Can you provide a picture of the box that your MAIN Eero is connected to (via Ethernet) in order to access the internet.

@AjTrek1 Here is my Motorola cable modem:

Thanks for the picture. I see you are providing your own modem which Comcast does allow.

Just FYI,…make sure it has the latest DOCSIS spec which I believe is 3.1 capable of 2.5GB incoming.

There may be a DOCSIS 4 spec as I have heard some chatter but can’t verify it to be reliable 🤔

👍

@Corry P  Here is another diagnostic:  [redacted].    This stoppage was while listening to the Den Port.   This was the only speaker chosen.   I will try changing the DNS server. — Bill

Did you notice the post above, that says :

If you’re unable to erase it yourself, they’ll likely have to do it for you.  All you normally have to do is tell them you’ve submitted one, they can look it up.

@Airgetlam Yes—thanks—I have noticed that.   Sonos seems to get the numbers before they are redacted.

Silly privacy rules imposed on companies and users have done a lot to make life more difficult while not improving privacy.

Regarding NOT publishing the diagnostic number in the community…

I’m not at home so I can’t publish a screenshot of what the OP sees when submitting the diagnostic. However, (and maybe it’s more difficult to do than I imagine) could not a warning be published on the diagnostic page such as:

For your privacy and security do not publish the resulting Reference ID number in the Community Forum. Sonos Tech Support will verify the number via your phone call or Chat session.

Probably better to say to not post it to any public forum.
