Unable to access app - get the following message - see photo for details.

 

System is playing - while the app claims I have a problem with my internet connection….????

 

Unable stop the system from playing…..,

Cannot get passed this page and actually open the app.

Hi, Peter Meyer. Welcome to the community. Sadly, I am unable to follow the information in the screenshot. I will move your topic to the Danish community, hopefully someone there will be able to help. My initial thoughts are that you may have a wireless extender, is that the case? Please provide this information in your response.
