No, the Moves here are both working fine, maybe a reboot of your router will resolve the issue.


It might also be worth power-cycling the Move (Off the charger, press the rear (top) power button for 5+ seconds, until you hear the descending tones - wait 10 seconds and power it on again by either returning it to its charger, or power it on using the power button). That may help too, perhaps.🤞
