sonos roam

I bought my sonos roam from my uncles pawn store but it wont let me connect to it. it says to log into an email i dont recognize. i tried factory resetting and transferring ownership but it is still not allopwing me

It sounds like the factory reset isn’t ‘taking’ properly. If you’ve read the manage your account FAQ, with no joy, I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
