broadband changed and sonos roam wont connect

Just changed from sky to bt 

sonos works apart from roam which just won’t connect 

tried all sorts - although factory reboot doesn’t seem to work either - any help gratefully received

Have you tried the instructions in this Sonos Support Link?…

Is it your one & only Sonos device?

I have other ideas you can try if the above does not work. So post back, if still no joy.
