True play problem with 12.2 (61182310)

Hi everyone,


hope all is well,

is anyone is still able to tune speaker with trueplay with ? 12.2 (61182310) all my speaker now saying I am not walking enough in my room?

First, let me ask some questions to isolate the issue so we can create a path towards resolution.

  1. Are you getting an error message/code when you tune your Sonos speakers?
  2. Were you able to perform TruePlay on all your Sonos speakers?
  3. What is the software version of the iOS device you’re using?
  4. Have you tried on other iOS mobile devices?
