Sonos Soundbar and Roku Ultra

I have an intermittent problem with my Sonos Soundbar which is connected to my system using the optical output from a Sharp TV.  The AV is supplied to the TV with a Roku Ultra.  The volume will vary intermittently from normal then to very loud.  Also happens the other way around.  This is a recent problem.  Any advice and guidance would be appreciated.

Try unplugging the sound bar and TV for a couple of minutes and reboot the Roku Ultra.
