I have TV Samsung LE32R81W without HDMI ARC, Optical and Sonos Beam.

I connect TV RCA cables + adapter: RCA In Optical Out + Sonos Optical Audio Adapter + HDMI to Sonos Beam.

Application connect to TV but sound doesnt work.

Diagnostic code: 777194228

 

What should I do?

 

 

Set “Internal Mute” to On and see if that makes a difference.

If i am turn on this option sound on TV is off, if i am turn off sound goes from TV.

I've tried all the options.

My TV have “Internal mute”. I turn off. There is no sound from the TV in this mode.

Are you sure the RCA cable is connected to your TV’s AUDIO OUT ports and not COMPONENT IN or AV IN?

Yes i connected RCA cable to audio out. But sound doesnt have.
