We are experiencing a annoying bug in our amp.
Almost every morning when I switch on my tv the amp works only on the left channel.
Already tried to reset the tv, the only workable solution is to unplug/plug the amp.
Thanks in advance.

I just realized I have the same problem. The Amp is streaming great, but HDMI sound from my TV is only in the left channel. Is it the power you are plugging out/in? Did you find a permanent solution? 

Why not do what was suggested above? 


I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
