I bought a 65 inch Amazon Omni QLED and Sonos Ray soundbar and I am unable to connect the remote because the amazin tv is a rf and the soundbar is a ir. What remote do you recommend I buy to control the soundbar so I don't have to grab my phone each time?

Most RF remotes can be set to be IR. There are still a bunch of IR devices out there, like Blu-ray players, set to boxes, and game consoles that work off of IR. Make sure you check your TV’s manual before you spend money.
Almost any infrared remote will do… here’s one I stumbled upon on the Amazon website (just as an example), but like everything, check its suitability prior to purchase:
