Arc sound cut out

I have a Samsung Q80 tv with sonos arc and the sound cuts out for a second 

this only happens when I am watching one App or if I put on uhd with the football on sky

can you please help

Userlevel 7

Be sure the Digital Output Audio setting is set to Passthrough. If this doesn’t help, try disabling eARC in the TV settings.
