no power showing on one of my Sonos connect boxes

there’s no power showing on one of my Sonos connect boxes. How can I tell if the unit is in need of replacement, I unplugged it and plugged it back in in the white light on the front is still not showing up

That isn't good news. You could plug an Ethernet cable in the back to confirm there is no power.

What are you using it for now?

I’d call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system. And they’re the only ones authorized to offer options on replacement(s).
