I have two x Sonos One devices.  Everything was fine until songs started repeating.  Or, sometimes we skip songs.  Why?  All devices and apps are updated.  I am using the Sonos Spotify app.  If I use Spotify directly but then try to play through the Sonos, which has always been a fight, nothing happens: the song shows as playing but literally nothing else happens. 

Well that was very simple and worked perfectly.  Thank you very much.


Try removing Spotify from you music services in the Sonos app and re-adding it. You should also restart your phone.
