Sonos app is working fine on iOS devices but not on MACOs. Have tried everything recommended by Claude for over an hour. Nothing seems to work. Keep getting error message about a firewall issue. Claude think it’s a bug with Sonos and Apple not playing nice with Local Network connection networking issues.

Thanks for your replies. I am starting to agree with Airgetlam more and more with respect to Claude… good resource but not infallible and on a some deep dive technical issues it is all over the place with its recommendations. After trying everything (including toggling Sonos on and off as kdowling suggested I went back one more time and looked more closely at the error message I was receiving. Next to the recommended fix was something that said “More Options.” I selected that and the first option was “reset the controller.” I figured, what the hell… I’ve tried everything else. So I selected reset the controller and voila… it worked. Go figure. Problem solved.
