It’s now been 2 weeks since i contacted customer support about the new IOS version of the app. That took 2 hours and was not resolved. The app does not allow me to connect to my streaming service and does not have my saved playlists. Since then, no word of an update. I have been forced into using the web version on my laptop since, which is slow and lacks the features and functions that i’m used to. Today even that has stopped working. And all the while i still receive emails from sonos shouting about their new products and deals. I bought a play 5 about 2 years before they decided it was obsolete and i couldn’t use it alongside my play 1s so basically turning it into a very expensive brick. Now i seem to be stuck with several more bricks. There isn’t a product they could offer that would make me by anything else from them. Good luck to all the poor sods who haven’t yet had the pleasure of having to deal with a company that cares nothing about customers.
