Did you submit a diagnostic, and call in to Sonos with the resulting number?
Has anyone noticed that the playlists on LivePhish not appearing on Sonos?
This has also not been working for me for months now. I removed my account and re-added it and ity makes no difference. The playlists appear in LivePhishg app so this must be a Sonos LP app issue.
Can someone please look into this?

I recommend you remove your LivePhish account from your Sonos system and add it back on again:
Remove a music service account from Sonos
