Exclusively ………. stations on My Tuner radio

Any reason why exclusively ……………. station still won’t play on My Tuner Radio?

Not enough information, unfortunately. I’d recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I did live chat with Sonos and sent a diagnostic code, deleted and reinstalled the my tuner app but still not working. Didn’t help that the live chat stopped responding.

Does MyTuner not work at all, or is it just some stations. If so, what stations?

Why would it matter, are you saying phone support is better than chat support for some reason?

Yes, I am. Live chat seems to me to be dominated by AI, which isn’t always the best, in my opinion. Speaking to a rep, after getting through the ‘bot seems better to me. Until such time as the amount of GIGO reduces for ‘bots. I don’t predict that soon. There is a frightening amount of bad data out there for ‘bots to pick up on.

I get the AI hate but it’s obvious if you are getting AI answers. In the Sonos support site “Live Chat” only refers to humans. There is no ambiguity if you will be connecting to the Bot or if there are no human support agents available. At least this is the case where I live (not USA).

It seems now that My tuner and Tune in aren’t working at all now.

Tune in is working just takes a while to start.

It seems now that My tuner and Tune in aren’t working at all now.

Ignore that, My Tumer is working today.

Ah right. ” Exclusively…………..” is a range of stations? I am not familiar with this.
