Apple Music intermittent

Half the time I try to access Apple Music on Sonos, I get an error message that says “We’ve run into a problem. Try again.” This has been going on for about a month. I have an all-Apple system (iPad, iPhone, iMac), all with up-to-date system software. Sonos is OS2, version 13.4.1. I have five Sonos speakers (two Ones, two Threes and a Roam). One of the speakers connects to my network via an Ethernet cable.

Have you tried removing Apple Music from the Sonos app and re-adding it? You might also try deleting and reinstalling the Sonos app and rebooting your router.
