Amazon stations unplayable from favorites

Reporting a bug here.  Amazon stations can be played from the station lists, but not from favorites.  When playing from favorites, it generates a “unable to play content” error, followed by a “something went wrong” error.  This happens on android and windows.  Again, the stations play when played direction from the station list.

And when you ad them again? Amazon might have change the link.

Happens here all the time, Amazon rearranges their system and Sonos saved links are broken by the changes.

Pain in the neck for a long time now and so far no published fix or work-around, fix would likely have to be by Amazon and not Sonos.

No, I tried everything,  including reinstalling the app and starting over.  But when the Amazon station is added back to favorites, the error comes back.

Does anyone from SONOS read or reply to these questions?

As this community is primarily other users, SONOS employees seldom post here. A moderator might, every once in a while.

For tech support, you should submit  a diagnostic right after trying the station from favorites. And then, when you have time, contact support and give them the diagnostic number.

Do they play on your Sonos when directly selected on Amazon and not as a favorite?

Yes, they play directly from the station list.  Just not from favorites.  True of any amazon station, but the one I’m using is Jazz Standards.  But no stations work from favorites.
