My IPhone connects to my Sonos network, but my computer (PC) does not. What am I doing wrong?

I just moved to a new house.  I set up my Sonos network at the new place with the new router using my phone, but my PC cannot connect to the network.  As my music library is on my PC, this is really annoying.  Any tips?

Again, the IPhone connects but the PC does not.

My components are older. I jumped to Sonos +10 years ago and have the original Play 3s and 5s, along with some newer components like the Sonos 1 and Sound Bar.

Thanks,

Michael

Any possibility that your iPhone and PC are on different subnets (many mesh networks do this)? I’d certainly try wiring your PC directly to this undefined router, if it isn’t already. If it is, a better understanding of your network and how Sonos is supposed to be connected to it might help.

“ my PC cannot connect to the network “

What does this mean exactly? Most common issue with new networks and PCs is that the networks need to be marked as Private. The default value of Public is not compatible with Sonos.
