adding users - can't find the system

Trying to add a user to an existing system. The app can’t find the system. User’s phone is on the same WiFi as Sonos. Other users have no problem.

did try to uninstall & reinstall. No luck.

I did try changing networks, but it didn’t resolve the problem.  I’m pretty sure it isn’t a network issue because there are two iPhones connected to the Sonos system using the same WiFi. The third iPhone can’t connect (and it did connect about a week ago).

Worth making sure the phone is not connecting to the 5 GHz network. Sonos connects to the 2.4 GHz network and sometimes the router doesn’t properly hand over the traffic
