I’d like to be able to play the line in source of the port through the speakers that are connected to it. I’ve only been able to do it by going through the network, which introduces a lot of latency. Am I missing something?

The Line-In is always going to have at least 70ms of latency due to buffering. This cannot be turned off, and means Sonos is not a good solution for live performance.
