This concerns a problem I have using S1 on my Imac desktop only.; no problem when using it  on my Iphone or Ipad.  On the Imac I am unable to perform the basic function of searching within Amazon Music (searching within any specific field: Artist, Album, etc.) in order to then “drill down” further “.o specific searched-for items and add them to my queue.  Having chosen Amazon Music under “Select a Music Source”  I end up with the screen in the attached photo. The “Search” functions within this screen seem to point only to Artists, Songs, Albums etc. that  I have previously accessed (on previous S1 outings), but to come up empty for my current search “argument”.  Any advice much appreciated!

Hi @wse106

Thanks for your post!

I am sorry to hear of this issue you are having with only seeing category headers when searching for Amazon Music content for your S1 system on your Mac.

My colleague (who has an S1 system, unlike me) was unable to reproduce your issue with searching Amazon Music on his system.

I therefore recommend that you try removing Amazon Music from your Sonos system, then add it back on again.

Remove a music service account from Sonos

Add a music service to Sonos

It is strange that only the macOS controller is affected, so I don’t know if this will work. The only alternative I can think of is to uninstall the Sonos app from your macOS device and reinstall it - it’s worth trying if the above steps do not help, I think.

I hope this helps.
