I have a router with two Wi-Fi networks, how do I switch from the, in my sonos, configured one to the other one that has better performance?

Tried System/Network .. but I can’t change it.

Are you referring to the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands?

Yes exactly.

Sonos only connects to 2.4 GHz.  It is not correct to say that 5GHz has ‘better performance’.  For a system designed for multiroom audio, 2.4GHz is better.

But anyway, I am afraid you cannot connect it to 5GHz, so no point in trying further!

Ok. Thank you John for your quick replies and great help!

Note that if you switch to Wired Setup (aka Sonosnet) by wiring one of your units (or a Boost) to the router, this will bridge the two networks and allow you to control Sonos on the 5 GHz band.  In addition, this will allow you to isolate Sonos on it’s own channel(s) on a proprietary mesh network, increasing reliability and range.

jgatie, agree this works perfect here now.
