Hi, some feedback on my set up process. The beam is great, and really improves the sound quality of my Sony 49XE8. A couple of pieces of feedback. I managed to set up the beam pretty easily, but then found that all my other zones (about 😎 were gone, as were all my other settings; spotify, pocket casts, real radio, the link to my home library. Everything. I was still logged into my Sonos account but nothing was recovered. That wasn't great.
Using the Bravia remote the volume control granularity is a problem, it skips two or three steps at a time and is generally unresponsive. Anything I can do to fix this?
Also Pocket Casts appears to have a problem. I can't link it again.
