HELP! My sonos won't play ANY streamed music! When trying to connect I get the message "unable to play 'Halsey' - the connection to amazon music was lost"

Tried:
Rebooting Router
Rebooted all 3 play 1 Sonos & 1 Connect Amp
Closed and reopened the Sonos app and the amazon music app
Deleted and re installed the music app linking it to my sonos app
Made sure there were no updates needed in apps
Tried Pandora - not working either

NOTHING will play!!! Had to resort to my daughters one little bose bluetooth speaker....
