Unable to access Pandora Radio

From my phone, iPad, or desktop, I can reach Pandora and play music. From Sonos, I can reach Tune In Radio and play stations. However, from Sonos I cannot reach Pandora at all. I get a message: "Unable to browse music - there was a problem connecting to Pandora"
I'm using two Play 1 speakers via wi-fi; both are HW version 1.8.3.7-1 and Version 7.0 build 34735162c. The controller version on my iPad and iPhone is 7.0.1. The desktop is 7.0.
I've reset the controller from the desktop and stopped the app on both the iPad and iPhone. I've cycled power on one of the Play 1's, though not the other.
So, what's my next step?
