Surround Sound issues

I recently moved into an apt that has Sonos surround sound in it.  I brought, reconfigured, and set up my Sound Bar,  I had no issue with that.  However I can’t reset the amp?  The app doesn’t detect it even after a hard power down reset.  My guess is that the speakers are still “registered” with original apt resident.  Why would that Sound Bar be able to relocate easily however the existing amp won’t allow me  to connect ?  I want the complete “surround sound” experience not just the Sound Bar..Please advise.  I got the power down and green light to flash on the amp but the app can’t locate it..

It sounds like you need to do a full factory reset on only the Amp (not your PLAYBAR!) and then add it as a new device to your system.
