I have two sonos one wireless speakers and the playback is constantly interrupted. It can barely get through one song before cutting out. It has been doing this for a whole year please fix this. Diagnostic number 2135193668

A whole year ?? .. really!! ... I don’t know how you’ve put up with that issue for so long. Anyhow...

It sounds like local wireless interference, you may want to read these two (hopefully useful) links:

If you cannot get things working correctly by following the advice in those links, you can then choose to contact Sonos Customer Care directly, using this link below:

Thanks for sending in the report. Your speakers are having a hard time staying connected to your wireless network due to interference from numerous nearby signals running on the same channel as your own. Please try changing your router's wireless channel to 1 and test things out.
