Sonos skips songs from my Deezer

I'm using Deezer on Sonos app, and while playing always skips the songs and shows a messages that is connection lost. How can I fix this?

Hello, same error not playing songs on deezer saying connection is lost. Deezer works just fine everywhere else.

For supoort, All is good but with Deezer it's impossible to add music

I have exactly the same issue. When I play music from my Deezer account about 2 out of 3 songs are randomly skipped before the end. I tried the steps in the guide provided by Jeff but it didn't resolved my problem.
I have no issue while playing music form my Amazon Music Account or with local music.

Just before a Deezer song is skipped the Android Sonos App shows the following error message : "Unable to read "Song Title" - the connection to Deezer has been lost."

I submited a diagnostic report, here is the confirmation number if you need it : 252414841
