sonos roam worst product from Sonos

First, I am an adept of sonos products.

Now. For the roam, sorry..

Change all the time from bluetooth to wifi

Without charge, just wait for 20 minutes before she accept to answer to you, when she accepts to charge with her sonos base (not all the time).

Lost from group permanent. To be reinitialized all the time.

Connexion in bluetooth ? Call Einstein!!!

Don't buy!! Go for the rest of the products.

hi @Recasa62 notwithstanding that you may have a faulty product, I am very happy with my Sonos Roam and use it in different locations with different wifi networks - it should only activate BlueTooth when you press the rear button

Does not charge anymore.

Contacted sonos to return a *****  product. They can keep the money.

Answer Sonos: not eligible!!

I will put the roam in a garbage tomorrow.

I’m fairly certain you could easily re-sell the device to someone else, rather than throwing it away. 

hi @Recasa62 most shops on mainland Europe sell with two years warranty - a one year warranty should be the minimum

 

It sounds far more like a fault with the charger wattage power output, so perhaps the wrong thing will be going into the bin🤔?
