Hello, community I am facing issue related to Sonoas roam when connecting with WiFi. The speakers works on Wifi . When I switch to bluethooth and try connecting it stop working (playing). I am totally confused how can I resolve the issue…?

Does the Roam pair to any device over Bluetooth? Have you followed the Bluetooth pairing instructions in this link?
