How do you power up the Roam from hibernation (deep sleep)?

The easiest way is to simply place the Roam on its charger.

Thanks for the reply, but how do you power it up from hibernation if your not home and the charger is not readily accessible?
As long as its rechargeable battery has sufficient charge, you can just press the rear power-button. See this YT video for button operation:
