My Play 5 that I ordered the end of 2016 has a vibration/crackling sound whenever its played at 2/3rds volume or above which is now out of warranty. Is this an ongoing issue or am I the only one? I am not very happy with a 500 dollar speaker only lasting a year and a half. Why is the warranty only 1 year for such an expensive product when they tell you that the speaker is made to handle max volume and the app won't let you go to the point it could damage the speaker. I have 4 Sonos products and planned to get more but am now seriously considering looking elsewhere.

After talking with Sonos some more they decided to replace it for no cost, I am actually quite surprised and impressed.
