Hi there, ole.folmer. Would you mind giving us a few more details of what is happening with the PLAY:5? The more details we have of what happens, the better we can assist. Does the LED turn on? Have you tried other outlets? Thanks in advance.
I have send Sonos the diagnostics several times, and the play 5 is wired by a net cord and is still not able to connects. the light is blinking green, and there is no connection
Have you posted, emailed, or twittered to them both the issue and the diagnostic number? I don't think that they'll know what to be looking for unless you do so.
