Can not connect anymore to my network. Tried factory reset and reinstalled the app. Nothibg helps. The only way to get music is by wired connection. Any suggestions

First, connect it with an ethernet cable to your router. If it works then, do a system diagnostic. Then call in to Sonos and talk to them about the issue.
