Sadly... just about to give up. Sonos on BT Wholehome not working

I've been a Sonos user since the start but I think the time has come to start looking for new kit. The reason, simple... drop outs and totally unreliable connectivity. My speakers are in then the next hour / day they drop out.

I have a large house and use BT Wholehome.

Hi mdwuk, sorry for the delay. It looks like on that diagnostic your home wireless and Sonos wireless are on the same channel. This can cause a lot of trouble like what you're describing. I'd suggest starting with going to your Sonos settings and changing the channel to channel 6. It looked like your home network and a nearby one were on 1 and 11.
