Roam goes offline after being idle for a short time. Then it seems like I have to hold the button down for about 15 seconds to restart.
Any tips?

The Roam will go into sleep mode after three minutes of no audio signal or no voice assistant activity. To wake the Roam, simply press the button on the back of the Roam OR open the Sonos app.
You can completely turn off the Roam by pressing and holding the button on the back for five seconds until you hear a descending chime sound. To turn it back on, simply press the button again.
