There are no Sonos approved repair centres. If you have a defective unit, get in touch with Sonos Support.

Do you reside in the UK?

Most Sonos gear (and most consumer electronics) is too cheap to be realistically repaired these days. If you can use a soldering iron then there is a lot of repair data on this forum.

Seriously? Some replacement parts such as the WiFi card aren't even available in stores.

Getting new parts for some bits can be a challenge, others can be found by looking to China parts suppliers. Now for a WiFi card I'd look to ebay and a parts-only salvage deal.

Search for broken Sonos: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=sonos+parts+not+working+not+working&_sacat=293&LH_TitleDesc=1&_fsrp=1&_sop=15&LH_ItemCondition=4&rt=nc&LH_TitleDesc=1

Play 5 gen 1 WiFi good card: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sonos-Play-5-Wireless-Home-Speaker-Black-For-Parts/254008489063?epid=890912137&hash=item3b2415f467:g:fPAAAOSwHEZcA8kl:rk:6:pf:0
