Plex not playing to Move, Amp and Port

I normally access my music on Sonos from Plex server on my QNAP NAS TS-251.  This currently works for all my old Sonos devices (Sonos Connect, Connect Amp etc), however does not work for new Port, Move and Amp that I added to my Sonos network a few days ago. My work around is to group through one of the old devices, however the old devices will be deactivated within a couple of weeks.  I took advantage of the Sonos “Trade Up” offer,  but will not trade up my two remaining legacy devices until this problem has been overcome, so I need help in overcoming this issue.

 

For clarity, I can always browse to the album or track, and artwork is also visible, however Sonos is unable to play any music from my QNAP NAS drive directly to one of the new Sonos devices.  Music on Plex plays on legacy Sonos devices.  How do I resolve the problem?
