Play 5 or two Ones?

HI everyone,

Just purchased my first Sonos - a One SL.   I’m impressed with it, and I’m not thinking of a more expansive sound, something a little less ‘boxy’…

Any thoughts on moving up to a Play 5, or would I be just as well getting a second One and pairing it with the first?

Depends entirely on you, and your personal preferences. I happen to really like stereo separation, so a second One would be my preference. You may prefer greater bass resonance, so a PLAY:5 might be your best answer.

Thanks, its the more expansive sound I am after, I thought  the Play 5 may open the sound up a bit...the One has just gone back up in price in the uk...I’ll wait until its on offer again!
