Play 1 no go

Can't get Play 1 to sync into network. Have taken system all the way down and restarted - still no Play 1. Play 1 is in living room, Play 3 is in family room, BOOST is in computer room next to modem.

Any ideas?

1/ Restart the whole network. You could have an IP conflict.
2/ Try alternative SonosNet channels. You could have wireless interference.
3/ Submit a system diagnostic and post the number for Sonos Support to look. You could have signal strength issues.

After /1/ above, you could wire the PLAY:1 to the BOOST's second Ethernet port as a test. It should work come what may.
