My sonos move isn't playing while charging. 

 

Also I can't seem to find the speaker from my sonos app on my phone. 

 

Help?

Hi @Pelezinho 

If you can’t find your Move in the Sonos app it’ could be offline. Therefore charging or not you would not be able to play to it via the Sonos app. It could also be in Blue Tooth (BT) mode which means you would have to pair your device via  BT to play to the Move. Follow the directions in the link for offline and/or BT resolution issues.
