pair arc to move

Hi guys

we have just purchased an Ark and a Move. Both are connected to our wifi. The Ark is connected to the TV. I am trying to get the Move to pair with the Ark for Surround sound but neither will recognise the other. Keeps saying “Needs another compatible device”. Not sure why??

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. For two reasons. 

1. You cannot have one speaker as a surround speaker.  You need two speakers of the same type.

2. The Move cannot be used as surround speakers even if you have a pair.

You can group the Arc and Move to play in sync though.
