My products should be S2-compatible however launching S2-controller-app warns not the case

Hello Sonos Fans,

 

Do I need to verify an additional parameter?

 

I own several Play-1, 1 x Play-3, 1 x Move and 1 x One running 11.2. They all should be compatible to S2 according to https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4786?language=en_US However when I setup S2-controller app (on MacOs) I get a warning that indicates at least one product is not compatible. I seem to recall another thread (can’t immediately find it) where this occurred with a Mac.  Have you got a phone you could try it with instead?  All your devices are indeed S2 compatible.

And, along with John B’s recollection, I seem to recall a thread in which a reboot / power cycle of the devices changed that condition.
