Lost wifi connection and 1001 and 1002 recurrent message

I need some help please because I have 3 sonos connected (2 play 1 and 1 play 3) and I always hase connection issue with Wifi. Several time by day, i lost the connection with my wifi for a few minutes. I always have the 1001 and 1002 error message. I tried to reconnect my sonos a few time but with no effect.

Some help ?

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community since you already tried some troubleshooting steps let me try to assist you.

Since your getting an error code 1001 it would be best to try the following steps.

Try network refresh, by unplugging all Sonos devices, then rebooting the router. When the router comes back up, plug back in the Sonos devices.
