Lost connection

I've had my Sonos1 for a year and never had any problems. Today it just wouldn't connect to my phone. Nothing has changed on my network or router and everything else that is connected to it wirelessly still works. I have tried to set it up again with Ethernet cable but when it gets to wireless part it sees router and asks for password but won't connect. Router is a BTHub5. Tried calling Sonos but closed and i'm at work tomorrow. Any help greatly appreciated.
