Is it possible to hook up a Lucky Voice karaoke system to a Sonos 3 or 5? Has anyone tried this?

I have purchased this Lucky Voice set of mics http://shop.luckyvoice.com/products/lucky-voice-party-box-karaoke-machine-white-mic But am trying to see if I can connect this to a Sonos 3 (or 5) as I cannot connect it to my tv. Has anyone tried this? Do I need to purchase a Connect (zone player 90) as this seems like an expensive way to use it! Thanks

Well Nancy, I can't say this was the intended design use for Sonos but it should work... Here is a FAQ on using the Line In function on the Sonos PLAY5: https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1271 And just the Line in: https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1091
The above links don’t work for me, can you please reshare or post advice about how to connect Lucky Voice to my sonos setup. Do I require the amp?

Live performances such as DJing or Karaoke are not suitable for use with Sonos because the Sonos line-in is delayed by 70 ms in order to buffer the input for transmission to the speakers. So the output will always be lagging behind the input, making it difficult for the performer.

They are old links, the new Sonos support site is here if you want to look the articles up again: https://www.sonos.com/en-us/support
