The submitted diagnostic shows no information which means the Sonos devices were having a hard time submitting diagnostic at the time it was done. This situation may be caused by either a poor internet connection or wireless interference. I would like to share with you some guides on how to possibly fix this issue.
- Reduce wireless interference as this creates audio dropouts and/or audio skips.
Music service audio stops or skips which may help troubleshoot with the basics about audio cuts and audio skips.

I would also like to ask if the issue re-occurs regardless of the music service or does it only occurs with a specific music service? We may want to observe. and submit a diagnostic so we can better understand what is going on with your Sonos system.
